I was chatting on MSN earlier this evening to a very good friend of mine from 'down under' when I mentioned the Korean movie 'No Regret'. I was surprised that he hadn't heard of it especially considering his penchant for Korean men. However, on reflection, it possibly hasn't had the exposure it deserves and although it certainly caused a storm in South Korea, was very much a 'hidden triumph'. I'm not going to attempt to review the movie but it really is just that - a triumph.
It's also a first in Korean film in that it explores the subject of homosexuality and male prostitution in one hit. Korea still seems to deny the existence of both. Search the movie out for yourselves but it's definitely a must see in my humble opinion.
And Matt, in your case, it's an absolute requirement.
