Having just downloaded and watched several episodes of Gordon Ramsay's
latest show 'The F Word' (food that is), I'm getting a craving to start
cooking again. Although I've cooked a few old favourites since I've been
in Korea, the novelty and inexpense of Korean restaurant food has meant
that I've rarely really cooked much at home even though I actually enjoy
cooking (accompanied by a slurp of red vino).
In addition, my studio is only equipped with a 2 ringed hob and a microwave
which precludes any kind of baked or roasted fare. However, I feel so
inspired that I'm going to investigate the art of pan frying / roasting
and the hassle of the Korean supermarket to supply me with the ingredients.
