Following on from the last post (because for some reason it's difficult to modify posts made directly from You Tube), Todd's new place of work holds a certain significance for me. It was the first place I ever used the internet back in the late 90's and what an embarassment that was!
It was a Saturday afternoon and myself and b/f together with several mates of mixed sexuality descended on the place during the course of our regular 'pub crawl' around the city centre. At the time there were about 3 terminals and we had to pay at the bar for use in addition to basic instruction from the bartender. All of us huddled around the screen in bewilderment / amazement and all was going well until my b/f (or possibly me) decided to do a search on 'naked men' or some such theme. It crashed!!
The bartender sensed our dilemma and shouted over that he'd be with us in a minute - at that point we fled in fits of laughter leaving most of our beer. Oh how times have changed!
