George Michael has been ordered to appear in court on Jan. 11th.

The gay popper is charged with being "unfit to drive". The charge was laid

just after Christmas but the incident goes back to October when he was

found slumped over the wheel of his car near a London park. In his car

police found what is believed to be pot.

Well, George has always said he likes his smoke and tromping around in the

'grass'.

I've cheated a bit - the actual pic' goes back to May 2006 when he was found

asleep at the wheel but seems of late to be more 'going off the rails' me

thinks........
